55:14G-29. "State Housing Fund of 1949"
All net revenues or proceeds of sale to be derived, obtained or received from the operations or sale of any emergency housing or emergency housing project heretofore or hereafter to be erected under this act shall be paid intoĀ the State treasury and credited to theĀ "State Housing Fund of 1949," andĀ shall be subject to such disposition as may be provided by law.
