55:14J-51.  Report to and consultation with legislative committee prior to entry into agreement Not less than 30 days prior to the commissioner entering into any contract,  lease, obligation, or agreement to effectuate the purposes of this act the  commissioner shall report to and consult with the special joint legislative  committee created pursuant to Assembly Concurrent Resolution No. 66 of the 1968  Legislature as reconstituted and continued from time to time by the  Legislature.
