56:7-34.Ā Sales during suspension or revocation of license prohibited; disciplinary proceedings
No person whose license has been suspended or revoked shall sell cigarettesĀ or permit cigarettes to be sold during the period of such suspension orĀ revocation on the premises occupied, by him or upon other premises controlledĀ by him or others or in any other manner or form whatever. Nor shall anyĀ disciplinary proceedings or action be barred or abated by the expiration,Ā transfer, surrender, continuance, renewal or extension of any license issuedĀ under the provisions of theĀ "Cigarette Tax Act."
