56:7-36.Ā Enforcement of act
In order to effectuate the purposes of this act it shall be the duty of theĀ director to carry out the enforcement provisions of this act.Ā In accordanceĀ with the provisions of Title 11, Civil Service, of the Revised Statutes, theĀ director may, within the limits of available appropriations, employ and fix theĀ duties and compensation of such inspectors and other personnel necessary toĀ carry out the provisions of this act.
