56:7-37.Ā Powers available
All of the powers vested in the Director of the Division of Taxation by theĀ provisions of theĀ "Cigarette Tax Act,"Ā aforesaid, shall be available to theĀ said Director in the enforcement of this Unfair Cigarette Sales Act.
