It shall be an unlawful practice for any person to expose or offer for saleĀ at retail any consumer commodities, except as specifically exempted by theĀ director in accordance with section 4 of this act, unless said consumer commodities shall be plainly marked by a stamp, tag, label or sign at the pointĀ of display with the price per measure of such consumer commodity.
