58:10A-12.Ā Liberal construction;Ā severability
This act shall be construed liberally.Ā If any provision of this act or theĀ application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications which can be givenĀ effect without the invalid provisions or applications, and to this end theĀ provisions of this act are declared to be severable.
