58:10-28.Ā Notice of decision of commission
If, after having afforded the owners or users of such pipe line an opportunity to be heard on such notice, the commission decides that the portionĀ of the pipe line specified in the notice is so constructed that there is dangerĀ of the escape of its contents into any fresh water of this state, it shall giveĀ notice of its decision in like manner as provided for the giving of notice inĀ section 58:10-27 of this title.
