58:11-32.Ā Inspection and tests;Ā right of entry
A board of health or the State department shall have power to make, or causeĀ to be made, such inspections and tests as may be necessary to carry out theĀ purposes of this act and its authorized representatives shall at all times haveĀ the right to enter upon lands of realty improvements for said purposes.
