58:14-19.Ā  Contracting municipalities to exercise powers of eminent domain In all the contracts to be made between the municipalities and the commissioners pursuant to the terms of this chapter, the several municipalitiesĀ  so contracting shall undertake and agree, upon the request of theĀ  commissioners, to exercise and put in operation all their powers of eminentĀ  domain for the condemnation of lands, rights in lands and other property forĀ  the benefit of such joint enterprise, either within or outside the territory ofĀ  such contracting municipalities.
