58:14-26.Ā Municipalities contracting under section 58:14-25 may borrow money
Every municipality which shall have contracted with the commissioners underĀ the authority of section 58:14-25 of this title shall have as full power toĀ borrow money and make an issue of notes or other temporary obligations andĀ bonds for the purpose of making the payments designated and required to be madeĀ under any such contract as is given by this chapter to the municipalities firstĀ entering into contract with the commissioners for the purpose of defraying theĀ cost and expense of the construction of such intercepting sewer, plant andĀ works, and the appurtenances thereof, and of making the payments designated andĀ required to be made by and under such contracts.
