58:14-6.Ā Annual organization;Ā officers, agents and employees
The commissioners shall annually on the first Tuesday in May organize by theĀ choice of a chairman and a vice chairman, who shall be members of the board,Ā and a treasurer and a clerk, who may or may not be members of the board.Ā TheĀ commissioners may, from time to time, appoint such other officers, attorneys,Ā agents, engineers, employees and assistants as they may deem necessary to carryĀ out the purposes of this chapter, and may prescribe their duties, fix theirĀ compensation and remove them at pleasure.
