58:22-19.Ā Effective date;Ā operative upon approval of Water Bond Act of 1958
This act shall take effect immediately, but shall be inoperative unless andĀ until theĀ "New Jersey Water Bond Act, 1958,"Ā shall be duly approved by aĀ majority of the legally qualified voters of the State voting on the question ofĀ the approval of said act at a general election.
