58:24-8.Ā Employees;Ā supplies;Ā leases
The department may employ such persons;Ā purchase and maintain such apparatus and supplies, including suitable boats;Ā and, lease appropriate landsĀ or buildings, when it deems it necessary to carry out the provisions of thisĀ act and as may be within the limits of funds appropriated or otherwise madeĀ available.
