58:25-14.Ā Program of graduate study
The commissioner, subject to available appropriations and grants from otherĀ sources, may provide within the Department of Environmental Protection for aĀ program of graduate study for eligible persons to attend any accredited graduate program at a college or university in order to further the training ofĀ personnel for the purposes of administering this act.Ā Said graduate programĀ shall be administered by the commissioner under such regulations as theĀ commissioner shall prescribe.
