58:4-8.Ā Personnel to conduct inspections
The commissioner may, when provided with sufficient funds, employ personnelĀ for the inspection of existing reservoirs and dams and the supervision of theĀ erection of new reservoirs and dams in this State or between this and any otherĀ state so that said structures may be built with due regard for the safety ofĀ property and life which might be endangered by improper construction thereof.
