59:13-4.Ā Jurisdiction in the New Jersey courts
The courts of competent jurisdiction of the State of New Jersey shall have jurisdiction over all claims against the State for breach of a contract, eitherĀ express or implied in fact.Ā Contract claims against the State shall be heardĀ by a judge sitting without a jury.Ā Except as otherwise expressly providedĀ herein, all suits filed against the State under this chapter shall be inĀ accordance with the rules governing the courts of the State of New Jersey.
