6:1-60.Ā Constitutionality
If any provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any person orĀ circumstance shall be held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the otherĀ provisions or applications of this chapter, which can be given effect withoutĀ the invalid provisions or applications, and to this end the provisions of thisĀ chapter are declared to be severable.
