6:1-96.Ā Rules and regulations
The commissioner is authorized to make such rules and regulations, in accordance with theĀ "Administrative Procedure Act,"Ā P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), as he deems necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act.
