9:22-2.Ā Joint municipal youth guidance commission in contiguous municipalities
Two or more contiguous municipalities may by concurrent resolution of theirĀ respective governing bodies establish a joint municipal youth guidance commission.Ā Where a joint municipal youth guidance commission is established, the membership shall be divided among the participating municipalities on a basis deemed equitable by the respective governing bodies.
