9:23-1.1.Ā Authorization to execute amendment
The Governor is authorized and directed to execute, with any other state orĀ states legally joining in the same, an amendment to the Interstate Compact onĀ Juveniles, which shall provide the remedies set forth in section 2 of this actĀ in addition to those provided by P.L.1955, c. 55 or any other law, and shall beĀ binding among and between those party states which execute the same.
