9:25-9.Ā Rules and regulations
The Commissioner of Community Affairs is authorized to adopt, in accordanceĀ with theĀ "Administrative Procedures Act,"Ā P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 etĀ seq.), the rules and regulations necessary to carry this act into effect, andĀ to enter into any agreements authorized under this act for that purpose.
