9:6-8.69.Ā Release from responsibility under order of placement
Those responsible for the operation of a place where a child has been placedĀ under section 34 hereof may petition the court for leave to return the child toĀ the court and, for good cause shown, to be released from responsibility underĀ the order of placement.Ā After hearing the court may grant the petition andĀ make any order, including an order of placement, that might have been made atĀ the time the order of placement was made.
