12-8-102. Penalty Injunctive relief.

Any state, county, or municipal officer violating the provisions of this chapter, or knowingly permitting any provision of such chapter to be violated, commits a Class C misdemeanor. In addition to such penalty, injunctive relief may be had against a violator of this chapter by petition addressed to the chancellor of the judicial district in which such violation is alleged to have taken place.
