33-5-401. Rehabilitation for persons with mental retardation.

(a)  For purposes of this part, unless the context otherwise requires, “commissioner” means the commissioner of finance and administration or the commissioner's designee.

(b)  The commissioner may establish programs, including community-based programs, for training, habilitating, or rehabilitating persons with mental retardation under this part.
