35-14-102. Chapter definitions.

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

     (1)  Ā“Governing instrumentĀ” means a will, deed, agency agreement, or trust instrument;

     (2)  Ā“TrustĀ” means any fiduciary relationship created by a governing instrument; and

     (3)  Ā“TrusteeĀ” includes all trustees, guardians, and other fiduciaries.
