37-5-303. Part definitions.
As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1) Agency means the community services agency;
(2) Board means the community services agency board;
(3) [Deleted by 2006 amendment.]
(4) Commissioner means the commissioner of finance and administration, or the commissioner's designee, unless otherwise stated in this part;
(5) Department means the department of finance and administration, unless otherwise stated in this part; and
(6) Executive director means the chief administrative officer of a community service agency.
