4-22-103. Reports.

All state agencies, universities, and community colleges shall submit an analysis of plan implementation by September 1, 2008, and annually thereafter on September 1, to the comptroller of the treasury. The comptroller of the treasury shall compile and forward a report analyzing plan implementation by each entity to the environment, conservation, and tourism committee of the senate, the conservation and environment committee of the house of representatives, and the government operations committees of the senate and the house of representatives by November 1, 2008, and annually thereafter on November 1.
