40-12-107. Supplemental to present law.

The provisions of §§ 40-12-104 40-12-106 are intended to supplement existing law relative to the rights, powers and duties involved in the grand jury process. Nothing in this part shall be construed in derogation of  existing law, absent plain and irreconcilable conflict with the provisions of §§ 40-12-104 40-12-106.
