40-28-109. Appointment of probation and parole officers.

The board of probation and parole shall appoint probation and parole officers who shall be supervised by the director of probation and parole. The probation and parole officers shall be placed within districts or other locations as may be designated by the executive director and the director of probation and parole, and shall devote their full time and capacities to the duties of their office.
