40-28-204. Payments to criminal injuries compensation fund.

All funds received pursuant to § 40-28-201 for the criminal injuries compensation fund shall be paid over to the board of probation and parole before the tenth day of each month for deposit in the criminal injuries compensation fund established by § 40-24-107.
