41-21-220. Report of injuries and deaths.

The warden at the main prison or any branch prison or mine, where any inmate may meet with sudden death, or physical injury, by means of violence or accident, shall within ten (10) days after the occurrence of death or physical injury, report the same to the commissioner of correction, together with a detailed statement under oath, of all the facts and circumstances bearing upon the death or injury.
