41-21-811. Dismissal of claim or portion of claim.

(a)  The court may enter an order dismissing the entire claim or portion of the claim. If a portion of the claim is dismissed, the court shall designate the issues and defendants on which the claim may proceed, subject to the provisions of §§ 41-21-807 and 41-21-808.

(b)  An order under this section is not subject to an interlocutory appeal by the inmate.
