41-8-108. Commissioner to promulgate rules.

The commissioner is authorized and directed to promulgate rules in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5, for purposes including, but not limited to, the following:

(1) General administration of the county incentive program;

(2) Requirements for county plans;

(3) Evaluation of plans submitted by counties; and

(4) Termination of county participation.
