47-26-1008. License fees.

The commissioner has the authority to set fees for the administration and effective enforcement of the provisions of this part. Before the issuance of a new license or renewal of a license as a public weighmaster, the applicant must pay a fee equal to eighteen dollars ($18.00) per year to the department. All funds collected under the provisions of this part shall be credited to the department to be used as expendable receipts in the enforcement of this part.
