47-26-925. Appeal of seizure or confiscation.
In the event of seizure or confiscation under the provisions of this part, the aggrieved party shall have the right to appeal such action pursuant to the provisions of the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.
