49-5-110. Advisory council on teacher education and certification.

(a)  The state board of education is authorized, empowered and directed to appoint an advisory council on teacher education and certification, which council shall make a continuous study of problems involved, and render advice and assistance to the state board of education, in connection with the administration of this part.

(b)  All reimbursement for travel expenses shall be in accordance with the comprehensive travel regulations as promulgated by the department of finance and administration and approved by the attorney general and reporter.
