49-7-2141. Legislative intent.

It is the intent of the general assembly that in applying and construing the Uniform Athlete Agents Act of 2001, as compiled in this part, due deference be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to athlete agents among the several states to the extent consistent with this part.
