49-8-104. Rules and regulations for defining residency.

The state university and community college system is authorized to establish from time to time reasonable and appropriate rules and regulations defining residency of students, which, when approved by the chancellor of the state university and community college system and the governor, shall be used for the purpose of determining whether or not out-of-state tuition shall be charged to a student enrolling in a state college or university operated under the state university and community college system.
