49-9-105. Residency Rules and regulations.

The board of trustees of the University of Tennessee is authorized to establish from time to time reasonable and appropriate rules and regulations defining residency of students, which, when approved by the governor, shall be used for the purpose of determining whether or not out-of-state tuition shall be charged to a student enrolling in the University of Tennessee.
