55-2-104. Forms Prescribing and providing by commissioner.
The commissioner shall prescribe and provide suitable forms of applications, certificates of title, and all other forms requisite or deemed necessary to carry out the provisions of chapter 1, this chapter and chapters 3-6 of this title.
