56-13-110. No seal required on policies.

All policies or contracts made or entered into by any captive insurance company may be made with or without the seal of the company. Policies or contracts shall be subscribed by the president or other officers who may be designated by the company's bylaws for that purpose, shall be attested to by the secretary and, being so subscribed, shall be obligatory upon the company.
