56-13-129. Rules, regulations, and orders Hearings.

(a)  Subject to the limitations contained in this section, and in addition to the standards for admission and operation of a captive insurance company as prescribed by statute, the commissioner has the power to adopt reasonable rules, regulations and orders as are necessary to carry out this part.

(b)  Rules, regulations and orders may be adopted under this section only following notice and opportunity for all interested persons to be heard, and upon compliance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.
