57-8-106. Commissioner to notify attorney general of violation Petition to abate nuisance.

It is the duty of the commissioner, upon the discovery of any violation of this chapter, immediately to notify the attorney general or the district attorney general of such violation, and to turn over to the attorney general or the district attorney general the sample analyzed, together with a sworn statement of the analysis thereof. It is made the duty of the attorney general or the district attorney general immediately to prepare and file a petition for the abatement of the nuisance.
