57-8-111. Dismissal of proceedings.

No such proceedings shall be voluntarily dismissed except on the written sworn statement of the commissioner of the reasons for such dismissal. If such reasons are not satisfactory to the court, or the court shall be of the opinion that the proceedings should not be dismissed, it may order the same to proceed.
