57-8-114. Violation of injunction Penalty.

Any person who violates or refuses to obey any temporary injunction so granted, or breaks into or enters, or uses any building or place while closed under a preliminary injunction so granted, or violates any permanent injunction granted under this chapter, is guilty of a Class C misdemeanor.
