6-33-109. Liability of officers under cooperative agreements.
All public officers acting under the authority of a contract or cooperative action under the provisions of § 6-33-107 or § 6-33-108 are deemed to be subject to the same liabilities to which they would have been subjected for actions occurring entirely within their own territorial limits.
