62-2-402. Engineer intern.

The following shall be considered as minimum evidence satisfactory to the board that the applicant is qualified for registration as an engineer intern: a graduate in a curriculum of four (4) years or more leading to a baccalaureate degree in engineering and approved by the board as of satisfactory standing or who is a prospective graduate in good standing in the senior year in such a curriculum, and who passes a minimum eight-hour written examination prepared by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying involving the fundamentals of engineering, conducted by the board; provided, that the applicant is of good character and repute.
