65-23-104. Corporate purpose.

The corporate purpose of the authority is to encourage and promote the fullest possible use of energy by all of the inhabitants of the state by rendering service to the inhabitants, to whom energy is not available or, in the opinion of the board, is not available at a reasonable rate.
