The provisions of this chapter relate only to radio common carriers as defined in § 65-30-103 and shall not apply to mobile radio telephone service offered by land line telephone or telegraph utilities regulated by the authority. This chapter shall not apply to operations of radio or television broadcast stations licensed and regulated by the federal communications commission.
